A pregnant woman may feel faint when lying on her back. A useful solution to fatigue and feeling faint is to rest as much as possible. But you can avoid faintness in several ways:
- Avoid standing or sitting still for long periods.
- If you feel faint, lie down and draw up your knees.
- Try to get up slowly after sitting or lying down.
- If you feel yourself getting overheated, go outside and get some fresh air.
