Anal genital warts is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the human papilloma virus. Anal warts can be very itchy or cause bleeding on defecation. Your health care professional can diagnose the genital warts by carefully examine the entire genital and anal area to look for warts. Anal warts treatment include freezing, burning, and laser removal. Surgery may also be used for warts that keep coming back, and warts that are in the anal canal and rectum.
